"greetings"....I'm new here.People always say that when you eat a lot,you'll gain a lot.
Some people are concern about their weight where what they need to be worried about is their eating habits.It is when we consume a lot of food at one time which are more than we need and the "left overs" therefore becomes fats in our body.Exercise may be the only solution to that and also a good healthy diet.

Far east! :D yea..can we still gain weight by eating less?? Cana tuu O_O people eating a lot but do not gain weight that much as us, have a high metabolism in their body. It's good to share a piece of knowledge here. ^^ nicee post!
