obesity

What is obesity???

"greetings"....I'm new here.People always say that when you eat a lot,you'll gain a lot.

Some people are concern about their weight where what they need to be worried about is their eating habits.It is when we consume a lot of food at one time which are more than we need and the "left overs" therefore becomes fats in our body.Exercise may be the only solution to that and also a good healthy diet.

Some people may eat a lot but never put on weight while others do.Not eating can also cause weight gain where food will store in our stomach , where our body tries to find ways to survive with out food.
Eating uncontrollably or not eating we'll end up ....
